What makes your jewellery sustainable and ethical?

We use responsibly sourced and recycled materials. Our unique pieces are made from local artisans in Bali, to support local craftsmanship to ensure the handmade culture will sustain for generations. Our manufacturing partners follow ethical labor practices, ensuring fair wages and safe working conditions.

What materials do you use?

Our jewellery is crafted from recycled sterling silver, gold and semi-precious gemstones to minimise environmental impact and bring a good energy to your journey.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes! We use recyclable paper in our packaging and our handcrafted jewellery comes stored in a cotton bag to protect it from humidity and chemical oxidation.

How do I place an order?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We offer FREE shipping worldwide.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Our parcels are sent through Royal Mail Track & Sign and can typically take the following:

  • UK & Ireland: 2 days 
  • Europe: 7 days 
  • USA: 7-10 Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays.

What is your return policy?

We offer hassle-free 7-day returns. If you're not satisfied, you can return your jewellery in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.

What if my order is faulty?

If your order is broken or faulty, we ask you to notify us at softdreamjewelry@gmail.com asap and our customer service team will guide you through the returns process.

Do you offer free returns?

Customers are responsible for the postage costs when returning unworn items for a refund or exchange. This includes faulty items, which will be exchanged at no additional cost.
